My pc was locked by this scam and i clicked on the 14.95 amt. The system tools unlocked my pc but didn't remove any of the infections and didn't give me the name or physical address and charged my credit card 99.90. I had to get a 2nd person to work on my pc and they said that was the virsus and they do this to get money sent to them. I work with others and they've had the same problem. But unlike me they knew not to click on system tools. I called them at their 800 number and they said they'd refund me the amout of 99.90 to my card but as to this point they haven't. The credit card co. Said I'd have to pay that amt. Unless i had the name of address of the co. System tools wouldn't give me any of the infor and it was billed on my card to iluvsoftware.com
