I bought a pair a ecco tennis shoes, they cost & 120-$140 from the dillard's store @ river crossin mall. I came home, tryed again, walked around the house, it did not fit right, i took it back the following weekend with my receipt, ms dorothy did not want to help me, she treated me like crap. I was there for 45 minutes. No one helped me, dorothy came back & said 'i cant give your money back', go find another pair of shoes" well i could not find nothing for 140 dollars, so i asked if i can have a credit back to my dillard's card, again she sad " go find another pair of shoes" @ that point i was very upset: (i took the shoes, we drove to atlanta we end up @ mall of ga, i walk in to shoe dept, sales rep was very kind & told me that this is a wrong pair of shoes for walking 6 miles 3 times a week. She sold me ecco walking shoes not rock climbing. Why i did i have to drive 2 hours to get better customer service? I work monday -friday my weekend of was ruined! Thank to sales rep @ river crossing mall.
