My experience with this company is a sad joke. The help chats are worthless. They said my problem was forwarded to engineering but I have still herd nothing back after several weeks. It has been a month without the service. Here was my last attempt to get help. They first typed wait for engineeering and then replaces that with a bogus comment that the chat had to be terminated:

Michael rhodes: No, IO am not going throught this process again. I have spent 14 hours in chat and over a month without service. Unless you have specific information on the problem resolution from engineering. If so send me the information in an e-mail as promised.
