In December I saw an ad on the internet for FREE FACE CREAM with just shipping cost. I am getting winkles and wanted to look better for my husband and grandchildren. I am in the Pulic Volunteering at 3 Places every week, so I needed something to help my face.
Within 5 days, I get two small containers of cream, and within two weeks, the company had withdrew $74.95. January 18. I immediately called them, they read off all their answers. Nothing was done to return them. Then February they withdrew February 4, another $74.95 and I turned to BB in Hollywood Florida, never got any paperwork from them, about my claim. I continue to cancell out, they even sent me a cancellation email.
We are on one fix income on husbands disability and now we are over checked again. The bank is charging us $35.00 each time it went thru with not enough funds.
Now on Feb 22, another $74.95. I just called them tonight, and they read off their lines again. I insisted on a manager and told them, i am sueing and writing Attorney General in Florida. They refuse to give me back but one refund for &74.95 and that is all. Two small jars cost $224.85.
I told the manager that I never received but two jars, and Opal probadly don't spend that much on her face for one month.
They have said, only one refund. It has hurt us really bad, we are raising grandchildren too. So! I need help!!!
