Denial of cashing payroll check

Been cashing our payroll check at walmart for quite a while, till today, 02/16, visited the customer service for assist in cashing payroll check and was declined since certegy was supposed to express one thing like " check amount too big " i've been getting 2200.00 and 2500.00 inspections and getting them cashed at wal mart formerly with niot one issue. I believe certegy may be the subjects stomach in so much as trustworthy
