Ripped off packages

Shifted 4 wks ago to new house, completed all of the suitable change of tackle types and rec'd verification from PO for same. Not just are we NOT recieving any submitted email, but birthday presents for grandchild shipped via USPS to FRESH tackle when monitored show "make an effort to provide" after which "sent". There is NO make an effort to provide, no notice of make an effort to deliver so when I named to talk to an postal worker at our new postoffice I had been informed the issue ought to be resolved to the AGED handle. After I reiterated the PKGS (one from Amazon & one from the buddy) were delivered via USPS to FRESH tackle and weren't submitted she insisted my problem was with my AGED postoffice. Are these people thus over-worked, under-appreciated and under-paid they genuinely have no-interest in being of support and therefore are we simply quit with at very cheap the truth our deals have now been scammed with a USPS worker and that I cannot trust these civil servants AT-ALL??? We've no option do we? We're simply quit at there mercy and oh well - it is your term against mine - I-say we never rec'd product and also you declare it was shipped. Whoa...
