The Brokers and Management personnel at they company failed greatly at any type of communication with me about my account and providing me the service that they are "LICENSED" and obligated to perform...
Do not deal with this company...
I even sent a written letter to the President and CEO with the same response I receive from the sister agency...
If the President AND CEO ignore a customer then everyone under them do the same..
Do Not Deal with them!!!
