Buyer beware!!!
I purchased a custom made wig from Pink Lace Wigs. I made sure I selected the best of everthing and spent $550. When I recieved my wig in 3 weeks I was MORTIFIED when my wig was stuffed in a plastic bag (the bag you get when you purchase a pack of weave).
The wig had large bald spots and a horrible hairline (I ordered baby hairs) the wig was extremely thin and straggly (ordered "medium-heavy"). The wig looked likeit came from a regular store and cost about $25.99 I ordered thin skin around the perimeter and instead of thin skin it came with lace. When I called customer support (AMBER, Tracy) Amber mentioned that it will take 48hrs to hear from a manager.
When I finally got a response they told me to have it fixed I would have to pay extra or to send it back i'd have to pay a 20% restocking fee! (20% of $550!!) They sent me a poor product that was missing the thin skin. Basically everytime they send a message to the manager it's a 48hr wait for a reply. They won't let me return the product without an RA# (return number) which I've requested and still havent gotten. I'm currently disputing with my bank.
