I ordered a pergola from this company and the website gave me a ship date of 4/29. It never shipped and they never followed up. After multiple unreturned phone calls they finally emailed me that the product was backordered. After several more weeks of no communication, I called the manufacturer who informed me there was never an order places and that they had the item in stock. I questioned Hearthside and they said they were getting it from someone else and if I wanted it they would have to add 10% to the price. When I did not agree to give them the extra $ 303.20 they canceled my order without any notification. The item is still advertised on their website. Be very wary of this company, they should be embarassed by their lack of communication and follow up. I wished I would have ordered from someone else even at a premium. I will never attempt to do business with them again.
