My checking was debited again for $19.95 on 1/20 I never authorized these charges. I have no idea what this TopTierSavings is about.
I called TopTierSavings and they had no clue what I was talking about. I told them I applied for a online loan through United Cash Loans. They told me to contact them and when I did all I got was a run around and they told me to contact TopTierSavings.
This also happened to me on 11/23 in the amount of $29.95 I have heard nothing from them. I want my money back in my account. I never authorized any of these charges. When this occured on 11/23 they told me again to contact United Cash Loans and when I called them again they told me to contact TopTierSavings. They also told me I would get a e-mail with action taken and never received anything via e-mail.
