Good afternoon... On december 16. My husband and i purchased online. Tek nek trx atv ride on with lights and sound. We were hunting for this ride on item mention all of the month of dec. Well on line there was 1 left[as the item mentioned so we preceeded on and order thru amazon to my grandson in san diego ca. My grandson was so excited he continually rode this car everyday. So last month he was on this ride on vehicle the plastic hold on bars snapped in half. And he fell off the ride on. I have several question for whom this may concern do you standby your product? I this is a safety hazzard for children..#1. Nothing to hang on to.#2. The plastic bars the children hang onto. I have had the run around your customer serice rep told me it is not target's problem. Call manufacturing i called pacific cycle it not their problem they said contact tek. Which they only deal with electronics. Help
