I met with Michael Cook yesterday 2-24, to receive an estimate for flooring in my home. Eventhough I did not go with this company, I liked the way that Michael represented himself. I understand how salesmen work as I am a Sales representative myself, but int he real estate field. As alot of people know-not everyone will go with their product, may not be the right pricing or time, however, you don't have to sale the product-it will sell itself compared to what the customers needs are. I liked how Michael broke down with some of the pricing-I know with other items involved that the pricing for Empire carpet was a little high on my side, but what they offered including moving furniture, can come right away to install items, etc. May make it worth the price for customers to receive their service and satisfied with their warranties. I would recommend them to customers who don't have the time or can't do home improvements for themselves, especially with financing to help make their home the best place to be and get away from the world.
