I found an autograph I had been searching for and was excited to finally get it. It arrived yesterday and the ball had a big glue spot on it. I am so not happy! The customer service agent, Joe Umphlett, was awesome but, still havent received any feedback from the company. If they would fix it, it would be awesome. Four stars only because of the smudge. I would shop there again.
