Itried to purchase the $10 PH, and one free uglu on the internet. My card was asked for 1st, and imagine the shock when I got $51.94 taken out of my account. There was no way to remove the mistake. Believe me, I know how to order on line.
Most order forms have a remove or edit button for just such mistakes. This one did not. I tried to call the company to cancel it right away. They wouldn't answer, cut me off, and I left a voicemail to cancel my order, making them aware of the problem. This was many calls.
When I finally got through, I was informed they sent it! I asked if I could just refuse the package, and I was told yes. So, thats what I did. This was about a month ago.
Yesterday, I got a letter from my bank that they called the company and they told my bank they sent my package, but said nothing of the fact that I returned it. So, it was again subtracted after the bank was nice enough to take it off the account.
Please help me get my $ back. I place no blame on my bank.
