Been a "member" since august 10' and still cannot use site

This company took my money but i cannot access the site for services. Says my passsword is incorrect. Had them email my password to me, and STILL wont let me login. There is no phone number for customer service. So im out $ and RIPPED OFF!!! Going to contact the B.B.B. This site is a scam!!!
