I really hope the ceo or one of the higher powers in the dollar tree chain see this@ cause we really need to be heard@ iam a current dollar tree worker in massachuessetts. I have been there almost a year@ as a cashier. The job entails more than what was told to be but i do not mind. We work very hard. Sometimes so hard we are beat by the time are shifts end@ we do not have handbooks. We were told that there was not enough to go round but we had to read it in the office and sign off on it? I feel and know by law we are entitile to a employee handbook. I my self am a single parent i take my job very seriously but it seems ther are new regulations that are going to put us associates in turmoil for our jobs@ how can you write some one up for not selling enugh prodoctivity if the customers do not want to buy it I feel as if we are pressued to pressure the customer into buyng it so we do not lose our jobs which is not right And i feel us cashiers who work beyond what we should should be noticed for are hard work@
