On this date they froze my screen showing me trojians and virus running thru my computer. I couldn't get out of their screen unless I purchased their software for $59.95, once I did that I had control of pc agian. The next day the program was gone! I want my money back or am contesting the charge with the credit card company. Then reporting it to the New York State Attorney Generals Office.
