I have been operating at Dollar Standard for 4 weeks and since that time my hours have transformed greatly therefore beside this he also chose to provide me the entire week off simply because I named in sick its not my problem that I ill. While additional workers request times off he does not let them know something so when I actually do it he begins providing me this pitch about how exactly I damage everybodys morning by calling in and he'd also inform me he may find somebody effortlessly to complete my place. I actually donot believe a must actually inform that to his workers. I really hope somebody does anything about these grievances since that is crazy. Anything must be achieved about that!!!
