What is with the SUPER loud music??? It was bad enough that the registers were not all working and we stood in line for 30mins the music was CONCERT level, IT WAS PAINFUL, also it was so hot i had to be relieved in line 2x to got some air outside. I dont know who wrote your bussiness plan, but it needs to be revised, turn the music down, down, down, and turn on the A/C. And your associates are like deer in headlights!!! More training in C/S.
