Nightmares, Basement of the Dead, runs a total SCAM against their employees. Jason/Sara, who own the place, are great cons, they promise great pay and a bonus at the end of the season, being from Oct 1-31, then completely shaft you! I know this because they did it to me and about twenty other people, so if you work there, be prepared to be RIPPED OFF! They will not PAY you what they owe you.
They violate numerous labor laws and are very abusive to their employees. The owners are liars and thieves, they did huge money and the year was successful, then they turn around and stick it to their employees, who have to jump through hoops to make this haunted house function, as the place is falling apart and actually because of them, Nightmares, Basement of the Dead, in Aurora IL, SUCKS, so don't waste your time or your money, in the years to come, go somewhere else.
