I first contacted QFFL by phone several weeks ago after finding that they had the best deal online for the specific type of flooring I wanted (Armstrong Coastal Living Oyster Bay Laminate). I spoke with David who took the time to find out details about my flooring project, make recommendations, and send me a quote for materials. While he provided suggestions as to addt'l materials I might need for the job (e.G., underlayment, t-molding), I never felt he was trying to upsell. After that discussion, I purchased the flooring only, wanting to wait until I talked to my installer before ordering anything else. The shipment arrived exactly when it should have, was in pristine condition, and is an excellent product. Today I spoke with David again re: t-molding, quarter round, and underlayment. He actually talked me out of buying the custom quarter round from QFFL, suggesting instead a uch cheaper alternative.in addition, as I'd been getting some questionable advice from my installer, he gave me an estimate of what the reflooring job should cost, and told me of a guy in my area whose info he would pass along to me to contact for a second quote. I can say nothing but good things about the friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to assist of the staff at QFFL, not to mention the great deal on the flooring I wanted. They know their business and it seems to be their goal to put the customer first. I definitely recommend QFFL and will return for future flooring needs.
