I returned a onkyo upht1 $143.80 with shipping labels that were emailed

To me from J&R they claimed they returned the $ to the shipper that I bought the unit from yet they will not give me any info to get my money back. They won't even contact this person to inform him of the mistake. I have talked to customer service 4 or 5 times about thisso called mistake that they made. Idon't know what to do now!
