Kandy Halls at Whinny Farms in Burns, Oregon took one of my horses for 30 day training. I happened to be there when Kandy stated to me that it was the first time the horse had been saddled and even ridden, when he only had one week left of training! They are rip offs and I have spoken to many people that have contacted me through a local ad that state that have encountered the same problems with them. If you want your horses trained and cared for in the best way possible DO NOT send them to Whinny Farms. They talk a big game but cannot deliver their B.S. Promises.
