No names, but the letter sent was from Watermill, Bloomberg, & Wright (Office of the Registrar) Naming me as BENEFICIARY for a $350.000.00 dollar in money and prizes. This was sent to me on Novem Naming me BENEFICIARY OF $350,000.00 in money and prizes

I'm not sure why I received this, I have no relatives except a cousin who is alive and well. Naming me beneficiary is puzzling me. So I didn't respond in time and want an investigation done into who would be so Cruel and to send this on a carbon copy paper with the Emblem of Advisory of Official Sanctions, Seal of Requisition, Dept. Of Prize Distribution and have the names WATERMILL, BLOOMBERG, & WRIGHT, Office of Registrar on it.
