Charged $125 Administrative fee on Credit Card for $2.25 Toll violation at Florida Tknpe

I rented a car from Dollar Rent a Car Miami Airport on 10/27. Since people from out of towns are not familiar with Florida Toll system, I passed through the toll lane and had violations for $2.25 tolls. On December 6th they charged $127.25 for $2.25 toll violations and $125.00 administrative fees.
