Xbid.com riped me off too & I can not get anyone to help me! I signed up, thinking it would be like ebay, gave my address & information. Also entered my credit card #, so when I would start bidding, my info would already be entered. They automatically took $75.00 out of my account. When you call their #, a recording tells you that you have to go online to the help desk. Which leads you to no where. If you bid, it cost you money from the $75.00's that is in your "account". I went back to that site, and it showed I had 145 bids automatically. Please, can someone help us?
