Aug 8 at the WI State Fair I order a Cal Spa Hot tub from this company. They required a $2000.00 down payment with no refunds and garenteed dilery with in 3 weeks. So 3 weeks came and went and no phone call or explaination. So I called them left a number of messages for days. Finally received a call from Mellisa stateing I would have dilivery with in a week. That didn't happen. So again I called, left messages. Then recieved a call again from Mellisa that they lost my hot tub and she didn't know what happen to it so she had to get back to me. O call back Again I called then she told me that a fork lift went throught it and they were ordering a new one. It is now Sept. I was promised dilivery on Sept 19th
They were to call me a day or so before to set up a window time.
That never happend. So I called Jeramey answered and told me flat out in so many words I wasn't getting the dilivery on the 19th he was rude and hung up on me. So now the fight began. I finally did get the hot tup on 10-6-10 but not after I paid them the amount in full weeks before I had to at their request. Now I have it and it doesn't work correctly. So I follow the manual and it says push temp up or down and jets to set the temperature and the lights come on. When I hit the light button the jets come on. So I call again for help because tjhe manual was no help Melllisa tell me ther is no one in the shop to help me. So I call the next day and get the same answere. I had it with them so I call the manufactorin California because earlier I had sent a letter and complained about this shop. They had to talk my husband thtough a routine to reset the mother board. So now it is working HEY but I can't use it because they never sent me any steps which was in the contract and I have had hip replacement and really needed the step. Well guess what again I called no resspnce I was promised the steps by 10-10-10 so I made a grievence through my credit card and they lied to the responce they sent to the credit card company, Down rite lies. So I am really upset I dial a number for the manufactor and ask to talk to Allen. (By now I was on a first name base with them) The girl says he is out because of lay-offs and can she help. OK so I spill my story to her and she tells me she sent the steps out weeks ago herself. She says with no quetions I will send them out again. Well guess what she lied to me because she was admitting to me she was from Cal Spa in Calf and I was so up set I call the shop in WI and didn't realize it until late that night. Well I do have my steps now but this Spa Shop in Watertown WI is terrible Just needed to vent Thanks for your time.
