Ordered the trial online on 10/2. Noticed right away the Acai Reduce Tracker and Lifestyle Shop website were down. Called on 10/4 to cancel. The rep. Asked me to hold the order wait a few days until the sites were working. The rep. Called me on 10/8, I told him to cancel b/c I still hadn't rcvd. Any trial product! He charged my account 99.95 on 10/8 anyway! Called on 10/11 was promised a credit would be issued! Called on 10/19 was told to wait. Called on 10/27 was told the credit wasn't issued until 10/19 wait some more, I asked to esculate the issue to accounting, said they would! Called every week in 11, was told to wait but confirmed issued was esculated to accounting dept.! Called on 11/29 was asked to send my bank statement in proving I hadn't rcvd. A credit! What? Never, if an acct. Dept. Issues a credit it would be obvious on their end the monies hadn't been posted to the client! I esculated to another supervisor and after an excessive amount of talking was told the same thing WAIT! It's been 41 days, I have no product, they took my money and will NOT issue a credit for an unauthorized charge! I even went a step futher and tried to contact corporate! Each lead online or on the phone in trying to contact this company was a dead end... This is a Complete SCAM
