I just received a call from 310-929-9759 from David cooper said there's a lawsuit against me from mash brown?
He said its for a payday loan for 353.00 however with fees and interest its 860.00 for an apparent payday loan with cashadvance.com and he said I could go to jail if I don't take care of it! He said if I don't resolve the matter then over the phone not in the court system then I could go to jail for 1) federal banking regulations 2) fraud?! And 3) attack by deception??? I never got a payday loan for this amount and have not done business with this company??? I need assistance. I feel violated and am under duress in that now I'm sitting here freaking out I'm apparently being sued???
