If you are thinking about renting to these people DON'T! Do not let my mistake be your mistake. Do not trust them. Do not take personal checks. Do not let them step foot in your home. They will con you. They know the eviction laws and will stay like cocroaches without paying you a single penny. You will have no rights and will be held captive like a monkey in a zoo for trusting the wrong people.

Gregory is a housekeeper at St. Josephs. Their kids will move in as well as the grandkids! All losers and scam artist. I can only hope in Karma and that what goes around comes around.
