I ordered a sample of the electronic ciragette for 7.95. Two weeks later the charged 150.00 to the credit card that I used to pay for the sample, without any authorization or contact with me whatsoever. When I attempted to contact their Customer Service, I get a message that "due to technical difficulties, we are unable to handle your call at this time. Please try in 2 hours." I guess they want to hold you off until you transaction is complete. This company is a complete ripoff and a disgrace to all legitimate businesses on the internet.
