In the past few months I've found numerous charges from MWI Simple Escapes and MWI premierhealth totalling $359.99 that I never authorized nor was I aware of! I've been trying to call these companies to find out what it's all about but could not get through at all.
I finally got ahold of someone there yesterday and they could not find my charges by looking up my Name, phone #, or address, then they asked for my debit acct. Number and I refused to give that out since I don't trust them at all. I finally gave up and went to my bank and they are handling now. This is very frustrating since I have no idea how they got my debit card # so I'm not sure how this can be prevented in the future short of shutting this company down.
Beware of any charges from MWI (memberworks)!!
