Sring Never Provided the Service that I Requested

I have been a customer of Sprint for several years. However, I decided to add my daughter to our account. But, she wanted to have texting and pictures. The customer service rep at Sprint recommeded to change my plan because my old plan was cell phone only. I changed my plan on July 15,10 to Everything Messaging Share1500. It included Text, Pictures, Video I started to have problems with the service as follows:

1. First, the Cust Rep configured the callers ID all incorrectly (all cells were under my name. We gave the Cust Service Rep the different names as we wanted them to appear under our caller ID per telephone. 2. The telephones were NEVER able to send pictures. Never.

3. The caller ID of my daughter was changed to Lindis, Maria. We were never able to change it back.

4. Because, the configuration was wrong they started to charge for data use.

After many telephone calls with the Sprint rep they didn't fix any of the problems. I lost my cool. I have always paid my telephone bills on time. However, after 2 months plus with the same problem I requested to discontinue the service. Sprint wants me to pay $200 disconnection fee per telephone but I am not willing to pay that.

My point is that I have never received the service I paid for. I started to make phone call from day one. I tried to stop the service before the 30 days, however, a nice voice always promissed to fix my problem but they never did. After many arguments with Sprint customer service I decided to stop the service.
