I ordered an E-cig starter kit agreeing to pay 9.95 shipping. 14 days later I was billed an additional 99.95$ It seems that somewhere at the bottom of the web page there is a link to the terms and conditions that explains the real deal. Deception? Definitely. The terms and conditions should be brought out. Looks like I'll be forced to eat this one.%$#&
