BEWARE of Divya Carlin Singh, alias: Dee Carlin. I gave her $1000 for a puppy from a liter, that was from a breeder we both knew. She claims that the puppys were sick. One had a heart issue and the other was dead. I contacted the original breeder and he said he sent her one very healthy puppy. She told me she would not refund my money and that she wanted me to buy a puppy from her instead. I refused. I was told by other buyers that she can't be trusted to provide the AKC papers. That one lady I know never received the papers from her and was paniced about it. I was told by 2 other breeders that she never paid for the puppies that she aquired by them. She continues to keep money and wants to give me credit as if she is a store. Hummmm wonder if she will charge me tax as well??? We have no contract and I plan on sueing her. (She stated to me that her home that was purchased from her husbands (Aaron Carlin) family for $151k was in forclosure and times were tough.
