I was employed by Cousins Aluminum Processing. They are owned by Metal conversions, located in Mansfield Ohio. My Plant manager was writing payroll checks in my name, forging my signature then fed ex'ing the checks to Fidelity financial in Indiana. He has forged approximately 7200.00$ worth of checks. This now appears on my W 2 and I will be responsible for the taxes on this money. The company has decided to sweep this under the rug. I've talked to police and prosecutors but no one seems interested. Is there anyone in this country that still has some morals. Why is it that using my name in the commision of a felony or mail fraud is no longer considered a crime. If anyone can help please contact me for every other avenue I've pursued has been disinterested.
