I rented a UBox on Saturday because I was moving some things from Fayetteville to Knightdale NC. When I saw that I didn't have enough items to pay $50/mo for the storage unit I decided to bring everything home and give much of it away. I went back on Thursday to rent a van and pick up my stuff. I thought that my stuff would be stored at the 4720 New Bern Avenue

address but it was not. It was stored all the way downtown on Capital Blvd so I had to go there to pick it up. I was also disappointed to find out that I wouldn't be refunded for the storage unit at least half of the money since I only had it for 4 days. This is very unsettling. Try to save money and get screwed. 1st month free? No second month free!!! They should change that. I won't be using or recommending them to anyone else. Chuck was really nice though.
