I took lunch about 2.30 pm monday went thru the drive thru placed my order everything is good so far got to the window wanted to add a apple pie to the order was told i cant they cant add to the order i said what are you kidding me she said no you have to drive all around back thru the drive thru and order the apple pie i could not beleve what i was hearing from this order taker. I thought burger king was into customer service have it your way i also called the office of janco to speak to someone but as yet no phone calls... Store #3406 pleasant valley pkwy...
