This person did not return our deposit on the house and did not contact anyone as to let us know why we did not get it back. He changed his phone number after we rented the house too! He was very sketchy and tried to screw us over the whole time. He is not an honest man. DO NOT rent his house! He also said that the house was fully air conditioned which was a lie! There was window air conditioning in only 3 rooms! The hot tub was disgusting and only cleaned once a month! He also lost one of our checks and told us to send him a new one, which we didn't do. Then he found the old one and said he couldn't cash it because it was too old.
