Ring Stop product ordered and returned within the 37 day requirement and yet they still debited my credit card for $229.95.
I have contacted them at minimum 20 times via phone and fax and email and have always been told by Lana Davis in customer service that "My manager has to approve the refunds and he has not given me any status on your credit. I'll call you when I know something." And of course, they never call.
