Dear Holly Bohn:

Because you choose to be such a jerk and ignore my request for an apology for insulting me by calling me a liar in your voice mail message, I will be filing a formal complaint against your company with the Federal Trade Commission for failing to safeguard my credit card information by redacting my credit card number on your invoice as required by Federal law. Additionally, I will be filing a complaint with the Florida State Department of Taxation and Finance for your company's state Sales Tax overcharges. Furthermore, I will be filing a complaint with the Duval County Better Business Bureau in regard to your company's deceptive business practices, including the misrepresentation of your company's products, and your shipping overcharges.

Ignore my emails all you want, but you won't be able to ignore the Federal Trade Commission, the Florida State Department of Taxation and Finance, and the Duval County, Better Business Bureau!

Mail Refused And Automated Tracing To Sender Activated

From: Michael Xxxxx
Dear "Xxxxx" (Which I know is a pseudonym for Holly Bohn):

I am in receipt of your email message requesting that I no longer try to contact you, but since I have a couple of things to say, I have decided to send you this one last message. Please don't try to intimidate me again by threatening to send lawyers after me. I am not doing anything wrong, as I am simply an irate customer who was upset because he was falsely accused of being a liar. If you don't want to receive insulting messages from customers in the future, I suggest that you run an honest business, and that you refrain from calling your customers "liars".

It may have been rude of me to say those things which I wrote in my last email message to you, but I believe that it was far ruder of you to call me up and leave a message on my voice mail accusing me of being a liar, and making such accusations. The truth is that I did not remove any of the protective plastic film from any of the Folle Classic Stapler, and I certainly did not attempt to assemble the cage. I don't know if you are lying, or you are simply being misled by the "cage people" who opened my return, but I did not appreciate you calling me a liar.

For your records, I have included a transcript of the message which you left on my voice mail:

Transcript of a message from telephone number 877-400-5263 left in the voice mailbox of telephone number 877-400-5263 at 11:37 AM EST on Thursday, August 26

Duration of message: 2 minute and 1 seconds

Caller: Hi, this is Holly Bohn Founder and Creative Director from See Jane Work, company. I'm calling for Michael Xxxxx. Uhm, you... We... Had spoken... Ah... Regarding the return of a Folle Classic Stapler where you had informed me, and I specifically asked this... I said "did you peel off the protective layer from the Stapler?" and you said "no (you) didn't, they were intact". Well, the cage people opened it up... Uhm... My guys opened it up, and they said none of the plastic film was intact. That all of it had been taken out, and that... Ah... Uhm... There was an attempt made to put the cage together and they could clearly see that. This is in direct opposition to what you told me. So, I... I... Mean the plastic pieces are... Are... Scraped, and... Uh... Uh... And you know you told me something that actually wasn't... Uh... The case, and I'm not happy about it. We gave you a refund, but I gotta let you know you weren't honest with the return. So, that's it... Uh... I'm done! Have a nice day.

In addition to the fact that you claim in your message that I "spoke" to you (I never "spoke" to you... All of our communications were via email), you base your accusation that I lied to you on the word of the "Stapler" in Jacksonville. If you are going to accuse someone of being a liar, shouldn't you be 100% sure that you aren't being lied to about the condition of my return by the "cage people"?

I would like to thank you for issuing that credit to my American Express Card, otherwise it would not left me with no further lapse but to do a (charge-back). But I would like to request that you apologize to me for calling me a liar. I apologize to you for insulting you in my last email (telling the truth about you Ms. Holly Bohn, and your company See Jane Work, and now I'd like you to be a lady enough to do the same. If you apologize to me, I will consider this matter closed, and I will harbor no bad feelings toward you or See Jane Work. Have a nice day.
