Failure to Address Medical Needs and Failure to Promote Veteran

Hi,

I am a 5 point preference Vietnam Veteran who has been denied medical treatment at the facility where I am employed and chose to have my medical needs adressed. I have been repeatedly passed over for promotion intentially for the last ten years (56 times). I have filed an EEO Complaint in the past and I just held a meeting recently for another EEO Complaint which involved a promotion to GS-6. I also have an EEO Complaint pending the courts. I have four volumes of sworn affadavits in reference to the complaint in the court system. All around this facility they have logos attesting to the fact that they are "Proud to Care" and "She served, she deserves the best care anywhere". I guess my eleven years of Active Duty with the United States Army doesn't mean a hill of beans. They have refused to treat me for the Human Papilloma Virus with causes cervical cancer because of my age. I have been taunted by supervisors with statements such as, "we don't have to do anything "special for you" and if you have so many skills, why can't you get a job at the VA. My MOS in the military was 7lL20, Administrative Specialist. I was also an Instructor with the Personnel Management School at Fort Benjamin Harrison, IN. I am working on my third year of College where I have received semester honors three times. I have been inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. My last proficiency rating was Outstanding. I type a documented 80/5wpm and have numerous certificates and awards. For some reason or another I feel that I have been "black balled" by this facility. When they ask my opinion, I give it to them. Corruption doesn't fall far from the tree. I have done my EEO Complaint "pro se" and I am seeking an attorney to can bring this complaint to an end with monetary damages. I have had supervisors lie and tell me that that I didn't make certifications for employment, however, when I contact Human Resources they tell me that I did. This latter supervisor told me that "someone was against me. I have turned in completed applications and they were mysteriously not sent in. I have documentation to substantiate this.

Negative information is swept under the rug such as employee theft. Supervisor's claim that they didn't know what was going on in their departments. Any Supervisor who doesn't have knowledge of what is going on in their department shouldn't be a supervisor. They didn't know is pure hogwash. I am being underpaid and underutilized. I have four boxes of documented papertrails to attest to all my non-selections. Any attorney interested in taking and winning my case please email me.
