Lost 2 days pay plus temper

Verizon told me they would send out service between 1 & 5 pm I received a call to confirm I would be there. Well the entire day went by, no serviceman.

I call that night they assured me they would be at my house the next morning. I called first thing this morning to confirm. Told computers were down (must have verizon as well) try again later. Finally decided to check the internet on my work order status to only confirm they have none on order with my account. No surprise.

Today I sill wait and still no service person. They said it would be in the morning already 11 and still no show. Called dispatch again, computers still down. I know now where my service man is at! He is trying to fix their service, it all figures now. I wish, no! I will look for a better service in the future.

Oh! By the way, have you every tried using their phone service to contact them. I would have better luck contacting the President of the United States. Verizon should give up on the internet thing and stick with phone service only.
