On 7/26/10 I ordered a bookcase from furniture buzz. They took my credit card and processed it in the amt of $426.38. The order # is 2326740. Each week I called them and they said "next week". On 8/24/10 I cancelled my order. When I asked for a refund they said it would take about 4 weeks. I asked to speak with their mgr and was told they dont have one, only an owner who is accessable through email. This is not acceptable to me and I wish to both report them and for some advice as to what I can do to get my money back. Thanks
