After 2 years of B.S. Bof A is now saying they will modify my loan, now when i am at the lowest, no money left. If I make my payment this month I don't have electricity or food. Been going on for a year. I don't know how I have managed. Owe everyone cuz its all gone to countrywide.
They took over 6000.00 over 4 months late 2007 promising to restructer loan. No one came through. Then went through a number of people supposedly in charge of my loan, each leaving their post and not handing off my case. So I had to start from square one. 4 times!!!
Went into pre forclosure early 2008 and was not notified only found out because I called to make arrangements as my disabilty check was held up for 8 weeks.
Was told by CW you were caught up in a computer glitch!!! Now you have to start over. I am serious.
So again 6000.00 later no contract.
Finally went to an attorney file BK. And thank god house was to auction in a few days and I didn't know it.
Then CW offers to wrk with me if I back out of BK. So I do. 30 days goes by...
Nothing from CW I call and call. So back to attorney re-file BK.in the nick of time house was scheduled to auction next morning. Then after the President said no more arm increases mine did 500. Ya 500 and no calls could change it. So 2101.00 a month plus BK fee. When I only make 2200. What the heck!!! OMG, the scarey thing is. There is now recourse with these guys they are sharks. No protection whatso ever.
Events started as far back as 2004
I refied in 2004 with Full spectrum CW 's company. The men I dealt with insisted on the amount I could refi for when I wanted to refi for 25000. They said oh no we couldn't do it for that little insisted on a much higher amount, I made the mistake of stating I really needed these funds. THen the game was on for them.
Increased my interest 4 times over the last 72 hours before closing. And told me it would be fixed rate. Started at 5.6 ended at 7.75
I ended up with an adj. When I questioned this at signing they said "we will change that to fixed, our error just sign now so it will fund and we will fax you a form changing it to fixed"
no joke.
Of course they faxed a form i signed it
Turns out my attorney looked it over and I signed for an ARM.
It goes on and on.
Just gross.
It has ruined my life my future my daughters future. I am just about suicidal now.
Something should be done to all the parties involved every sob that lied to me dropped the ball and f&d me over.
A class action on all of them. But our government is protecting them so...
We just do our worker bee jobs and feed these jerks.
Seriously suicidal because of Country Wide. Shame on all of you.
