When i called first to setup and account with your company i made sure over and over with the representative on the phone that my monthly fees which i may your company would be fully refunded if positive contact in 90 days from casting directors. He made it seem that i was crazy for asking the same thing over and over and now when i canceled my account after not recieving any calls the representative laughed and said read the contract over again and gave me back $1.99 this has gone far enough, i demand my refund in full for all the payments i have made to the organization.
