There are alot of issues arrising from the sales of Government houses in the GRA ikeja Lagos area, quite alot of occupying residents purchased and payed for the houses legally, but unfortunately were issued fake certificates of occupancy by some ministry of works and housing officials, a very good example is that arising from (no 1 ayoola coker street, GRA ikeja). The same ministry officials issue similar c of o's to other parties, who fight the house residents. Sir i will like you to intervene in the matter, most of the seating occupants are government workers who have worked for several years fighting and coping with tribalism. I am writing this based on the problem being faced by one in particular (Mrs C. R Okpala, no 1 ayoola coker street GRA ikeja) who came to meet me as a lawyer, but unfortunately i couldnt do much since the ministry of works and housing individuals are using illegitimate documents to fight her. Right now, the ministry of works and housing officials are threatening the seating tenant with death threats and also vandalising her house. The so called woman is responsible for training and seeing to the welfare of her 4 kids alone.
