I took my car to firestone and the problems started when I walked in the door. The employees were extremely not customer friendly and treated me like I was just stupid. Then I went to ask them the price of the problem of the car and since I was a women they tried to over price me. Then while I was sitting down for a simple oil change a friendly little cockroach pops out and makes a crawl across the floor in front of everyone. While waiting almost 2 hours for a quick oil change, it was super hot and just uncomfortable in the place. All in all do not go to firestone.
