Unauthorized debit to my account—didnot sign up as membe

I never agreed to be a member of savings club and noticed that I was charged a fee on my bank account. I called the number to report and was a voice mail indicated to go on line. This is a scam and unauthorized access to my accoount which is to be a secured site.
