We are in receipt of a Telephone call from Dan Robert of Dan Robert Construction Company to our agency who seemed very annoyed stating WE SCREWED him out of a BIG JOB that he was going was " hopefully geting " and wanted the negative data reported to usacomplaints.com removed. We explained to him we were not removing the negative information, because what was originally reported to usacomplaints.com was factual. I explained to him he stole the money from our client in 2008 and pocketed the $15,000.00 and not once did he even try to contact our client and even attempt to repay the client, until we were contacted in late 2009. It was roughly ONE YEAR that went by, and we contacted his offioce, that he began to get motivated to start payoing off the $15,000. Oo he had pocketed.
His 1st payment was $500.00 and shortly there after he cut his payments in half and started paying $250.90 oer month, and to even get that, I had to constantly PROD him with numerous calls to his office. I mean numerous calls.
What is most disturbing is, I have to beg Dan Robert to do the RIGHT THING. I have to spend my time, my effort, writing and calling him to motivate him to step ip to the plate and do the right thing. Why should my clienty go through this crap to get paid in token payments for money that was STOLEN a year and a half ago, onl;y to get drip and drab payments. He claims " i just don't have the money "... It is the best i can do. Jesus CHRIST you STOLE someone elses MONEY to keep your business and private life going and did not give a S _ _ T aboit anybody but DAN ROBERT..
Now he wants everyone to know he has been making paymenrs, Yes he has... TOKEN payments with a BALANCE of $7,500.00 STILL left to pay. At #250. 00 you tell me how many months my client has to wait to get akk his money at $250.00 aonth, when he should have had it back in 2008? IT IS STILL THEFT!
STOP AND LOOK AT IT THIS WAY! YOU DOP A JON, have a family, a CREW to pay, and you depended on that money. You put long hours in, so did your crew. You ex[ected to go home with mopney in your pocket to feed your family... And you goy nothing. How do you even exp[lain to your wife and children you were ripped off by a contractor. How do you feed your family, and pay your bills? Yes Dan Robert is paying now - Slowly - Very SLOWLY, but the DAMAGE has BEEN DONE. At 70 PLUS YEARS OLD, he should be RETIRED., NOT STEALING OTHER PEOPLES MONEY to PROVIDE FOR BHIMSELF on YOUR SWEAT.
Yeah he is PAYING - SLOWLY, BUT WHY SHOULD anybody have to WAIT like this!
My Suggestion is BE VERY - VERY CAUTIOS.
Get your draws frp< dan roberts on a timely schedule, and have the clients sign a document holding them liable for your money vs the draw. The damage has been done by dan robert and his company. Now he wants to cover the bullshit he created. I do not feel sorry for him. I do not have sympathy for a thief... Old man or not.. A thief by any name is a thief. You can't change what has been done, but you can alert everyone out there to use caution. Yeah mr. Robert, i will tell the public you are paying... But you still are the same thief you were in 2008 until today, payments or not. In addition, if it were not for usacomplaints.com, and their website people likethe dan robert's would be ripping off america like a ragging fire out of control. It is because of usacomplaints.com that the dan robert's and other thieves and crooks and ripodd artist who take advantage of the public are exposed. It is because of this wonderful website that i can stand up and applaud usacomplaints.com and commend them for having the decency and backbone to do the right thing. This country is in decay all around us, but it is the deceny parties like usacomplaints.com who give the abused the ability to fight back, thank you one and all at usacomplaints.com.
